On January 22, 2018, the Higher People's Court of Fujian Province issued a judgment on the case of the infringement of the exclusive right to use the trademark of US Company Skechers by Spieth Wensky Sports Products Co., Ltd.. Founding Partner Simon Tsi and Senior attorney at law Ason Zhang represented Skechers. The judgment was that the Skechers won the case and a compensation of 3 million yuan.
