New Partners joined Chang Tsi
We are pleased to announce that Chang Tsi & Partners recently added five new partners and senior consultants to the firm.
Tracy Lin is a Partner at Chang Tsi & Partners and the Director of Japanese IP Services Department. Before joining Chang Tsi & Partners, Ms. Lin worked for the IP Center at Panasonic Corporation for more than ten years, and her job there mainly involved preparing and filing patent applications in the US, Japan, China and Europe.
Dr. Dongxu Xu has been engaged as a Senior Advisor at Chang Tsi & Partners, and also teaches at Korea University as an adjunct professor. Dr. Xu has made long-term efforts in the study of the five IP offices (IP5, including the CNIPA, KIPO, USPTO, EPO, and the JPO), and she also used to work as a Counsellor at the Republic of Korea`s Embassy in China.
Yanbo Wang, a new consultant, will cooperate with Tracy to deal with new Japanese business. Before joining Chang Tsi & Partners, Mr. Wang worked in patent agencies for more than 10 years, and mainly handled patent applications for foreign clients, many of whom were from the US, Japan and European countries.
Jerry Chow and Miffy Yen are Taiwan attorneys working in our Taiwan office. Jerry Chow has more than 17 years of work experience in the field of intellectual property. He specializes in the cases of trademark matters, including administrative suits, civil and criminal suits and has ample experience in all kinds of trademark and copyright related cases.
During her more than 15 years of practices, Ms. Yen not only represented clients in cases in Taiwan but alsoprovided clients with comprehensive planning and protection in respect of their overall trademark strategy in Asia. Using her unique experiences in trademark services, she is able to offer IP protection services for trademark and package design, trademark portfolio management, and trademark infringement..
