Recently, outstanding practitioners Ms. Jianmin Chen, Ms. Fan Yang and Mr. Michael Wu joined Chang Tsi & Partners. Ms. Jianmin Chen is a partner located in Beijing, Ms. Fan Yang is a trademark advisor located in Beijing and Mr. Michael Wu is a patent advisor located in Shenzhen.
Before joining Chang Tsi, Ms. Chen has accumulated nearly 20 years of professional experience as a professional patent attorney and lawyer, and her performance has been outstanding. In 2005, he was recommended as an expert in the national intellectual property strategy talent pool. Ms. Chen once served as an associate professor of intellectual property law at the School of Law of Tsinghua University, as well as a tutor of postgraduate students, and a head of legal clinic courses. Ms. Chen Jianmin specializes in all kinds of complex patent and trademark infringement disputes, contract disputes, administrative litigation, etc. Shee has undertaken a large number of typical cases, including invalidation, reexamination and infringement disputes of invention patents. “Drilling and Grouting into Piles” patent right dispute was included in the State Council’s “White Paper on Intellectual Property Protection”; “Wubi type patent” infringement case was selected as the most influential intellectual property in China; the case of theMs. Chen Jianmin specializes in all kinds of complex patent and trademark infringement disputes, contract disputes, and administrative litigation. Ms. Yang has experience in global Intellectual Property operation and management for nearly twenty years. She has dealt with trademark cases for almost ten thousand from Asia-pacific, Europe, the United States and Africa, etc. She has a sound reputation among the legal market and has continued cooperating with more than 50 global law firms. Ms. Yang has represented a global film company for trademark dispute resolution projects, in which she showed her competitive advantage of simultaneous interpretation of legal practices. She also has directed merger and acquisition cases in which she made trademark due diligence and overall approach to business trademark strategies.
Mr. Michael Wu pursued a J.M/J.D. degree at Peking University, School of Transnational Law and he has a master degree in Material Science. He has both China Bar and Chinese Patent Bar. Before he comes to Chang Tsi & Partners, he worked for a top law firm for patent infringement cases and other intellectual property related prosecution and litigation. His industrial sectors include TMT, Technology and Electronics, Drone Industry and other hotspot areas in which he has made excellent performances. Mr. Wu has more than 10 years’ experience in technology companies in which he influenced deeply in IT, TMT and Finance sectors.
