Ms. Vicky Pang is the Chief Financial Officer of Chang Tsi & Partners and will be entrusted by the Management Committee to be in charge of the financial operations.

Before joining Chang Tsi & Partners, Vicky Pang worked as Finance Director in Beijing Ruibai Law firm ( PwC global member firm) , in charge of the finance operation for the PwC legal service line in China and HK. Before that, she worked as Finance Head (China) in DLA Piper LLP.

With nearly twenty years of experience, Vicky Pang has gained extensive knowledge and deep insight in finance management domestically and internationally. In the most recent ten years, she has led regional teams in large international companies, worked closely with the senior management, provided strong support for key decision-makers, and built up good business acumen and compliance awareness.
