Representative  Cases

• In the series lawsuit Chang Xing vs. Hua Teng regarding unfair competition dispute, represent Plaintiff successfully convinced the court to determine the Defendant’s infringement and award damages of CNY1.5 million (USD 209,321).
• In the lawsuit Skechers vs. Camel regarding patent infringement dispute, represented Skechers to convince the Court to determine Camel's patent infringement.
• Represented Sbp, a leading German company in the field of solar energy, to bring technology licensing contract arbitration against the licensee, forcing the licensee to reach a settlement agreement with Sbp.
• Provide overall intellectual property protection strategy for FESCO, draft and revise intellectual property management documents.
• Conduct IP risk analysis of the finalists of the China Excellent Industrial Design Award, and prepare reports for review by MIIT.
• Conduct macro analysis of patents in ten key fields of “Made in China 2025” and draft report. The project result was praised by the evaluation group of experts of the MIIT.
