Ms. Chloe Zhao is the Human Resource Director of Chang Tsi & Partners and will be entrusted by the Management Committee to be in charge of the human resource management and operations. 

Before joining Chang Tsi & Partners, Chloe Zhao worked at the headquarters of a Fortune 500 listed company and served as the HRD of the U.S. subsidiaries. 

With thirteen years working experience, Chloe Zhao has gained extensive knowledge in all functions of human resource management.  She has led the U.S. team to establish overseas operation procedures and policies, worked closely with the senior management to provide organizational support and advice for key decisions.
