Over two decades of experience in intellectual property law, Cai Jian has built a distinguished career in the field.

Earlier in his career, he served as a patent examiner at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). He has also held key roles as a patent consultant and patent manager for leading technology companies, including Huawei, Baidu, LeTV, and Ele.me. Additionally, Cai Jian served as the Intellectual Property Director at Didi Global, where he was responsible for overseeing the company's global IP strategy.
