He oversees the firm's trademark enforcement, IP investigation and administrative protection work, and advises clients on the design and execution of brand protection strategies in China.

With over a decade of experience in intellectual property, Matt advises Fortune 500 companies and leading international brands on enforcement strategy, dispute resolution and day-to-day IP protection. His practice covers trademark infringement investigations, administrative raid actions, criminal referrals and prosecution support, customs protection, and complex trademark disputes. He has particular familiarity with counterfeiting patterns in China's major distribution markets and with the evidentiary standards applied by enforcement authorities.

His clients include 3M, Johnson & Johnson, Home Depot, Volvo Car Group, Vans, Tupperware and Formula 1.
