Ms. Chenyan Wu Elected as Vice Chair of Patent Cooperation Treaty AIPLA

One of Chang Tsi's Partner, Ms. Chenyan Wu was honored to be elected as Vice Chair of Patent Cooperation Treaty AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association).

With 12-years of experience in intellectual property law, Ms. Chenyan Wu used to work as qualified patent agent in U.S. law firms as well as transnational corporations based in U.S. Ms. Wu engaged in promote Chinese companies and individuals to apply patents oversea through PCT application. She was also invited many times to make key-note speech by American Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, and European Patent Office.

Founded in 1897, AIPLA is a national bar association constituted primarily of lawyers in private and corporate practice, in government service, and in the academic community. AIPLA represents a wide and diverse spectrum of individuals from law firms, companies, and institutions involved directly or indirectly in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition law, as well as other fields of law affecting intellectual property.
