Phoebe Xi, the head of the Bio-Chemistry department at Chang Tsi & Partners. She ever had 3-year work experience as a researcher in a famous energy group in China, and then became a patent attorney in 2011. Her main technical fields include material, energy, and pharmaceutical, and her main clients include L’OREAL, Bostik, PFIZER, MACROGENICS, INC., Total, YiLi, BOE, RICH PRODUCTS CORPORATION, Morgan Advanced Material, Vitrias and Stemcell Technologies, etc.
Recently, the second China AIIPS was successfully held in Hangzhou. As a partner of the Summit, Chang Tsi & Partners have made a significant contribution to the preparation and holding of the Summit.
