Dr. Chang has extensive experiences with both general practice and boutique law firms, as well as both international and startup technology companies. He has drafted and prosecuted patent applications in the U.S., China, and Taiwan. He has also represented parties in patent litigations before the US district courts and in post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for patents in concurrent district court litigations, resulting in favorable settlements for the client.
