Phoebe Xi is a patent counsel and serves as the leader of Bio-Chemistry Department. With a career spanning back to 2011, she has honed her expertise in patent law and has been an invaluable asset to our firm since 2014.
Phoebe’s extensive repertoire includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications, skillfully navigating challenges and defenses before the Patent Reexamination and in oral proceedings of Invalidation Board, adeptly overseeing patent portfolios, and strategically shaping patent filing strategies, among other noteworthy accomplishments.
Her professional acumen extends across a wide spectrum of industries, encompassing bio-chemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical engineering. Phoebe’s distinctive forte lies in areas such as clean energy, small molecule and macromolecular drugs, diagnostics and food, etc., exemplifying her proficiency in these domains.
Before embarking on her journey with ChangTsi, Phoebe enriched her knowledge and experience with a three-year tenure in the R&D department of one of China’s renowned local energy companies.
