  • Represented the "first criminal incidental civil intellectual property case involving counterfeit 'Oreo' trademarks in Wuxi", which was awarded the "Top 10 Typical Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Cases of Wuxi Courts in 2023" and the "Top 10 Typical Intellectual Property Cases of Xicheng District Lawyers Association of Beijing in 2023".
  • Represented the "trademark infringement and unfair competition case filed by Cadbury UK Limited against Yi Kou Lian (Xiamen) Food Co., Ltd. and others". This case was reported by media outlets such as People's Network and China Youth Daily, and also became a trending topic on Weibo, attracting widespread attention.
  • Represented the "trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute case filed by INTERCONTINENTAL GREAT BRANDS LLC against Fujian YasiJia Food Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Dadong District Yifa Food Store". Successfully assisted Oreo biscuit products in being recognized as goods with certain influence in China; this case is the first successful rights protection case of the brand in China regarding graphic trademarks and packaging decoration.
  • Represented the "trademark infringement and unfair competition case filed by INTERCONTINENTAL GREAT BRANDS LLC against a well-known food company in Tianjin". Both the claims of trademark infringement and unfair competition were supported by the court, and the client was awarded the maximum statutory compensation.
  • Represented the international sports goods giant Under Armour, Inc. in responding to a trademark infringement civil lawsuit filed by others for abuse of litigation rights, prompting the plaintiff who maliciously initiated the lawsuit to withdraw the case in a short period of time.
  • Represented the "HSS trademark revocation review administrative dispute case". Through careful analysis of the flaws in the opposing party's evidence, claimed that the trademark was used symbolically, and obtained support in the first-instance, second-instance, and retrial procedures. Successfully revoked the maliciously squatting trademark, cleared the obstacle for the client's trademark registration in China, and became a typical case of symbolic use.
