Will I have a single point of contact for filings across several Asian countries, and in which languages?

Yes.

Matters covering several Asian jurisdictions are run by one responsible team, and the client instructs that team rather than each jurisdiction separately.

The firm's working languages are Chinese (simplified and traditional), English, Korean, Japanese, and German, and in each of them there are attorneys or patent attorneys able to work with clients directly. Technical documents, office action responses, and meetings can therefore be handled without a third-party translator — which matters most in patent drafting and prosecution, where translation inevitably costs precision. Legal opinions, search reports, and due diligence reports can be provided in bilingual versions.

Whichever office is contacted first, the handling team is allocated internally according to the type of matter and the jurisdictions involved. You do not need to work out which office should take it.
