From May 17–21, 2025 (PDT), the 147th International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting was held in San Diego, bringing together global leaders in trademark law and brand protection. Chang Tsi & Partners' representatives actively participating in high-level discussions, professional roundtables, and industry networking activities, highlighting the firm's global outlook and leadership in intellectual property law.

Co-Hosting Forum with CTA: Trademark Protection in the Digital Age

One of the key highlights of the firm’s participation was co-hosting a featured forum with the China Trademark Association (CTA), focusing on trademark registration and protection in the digital economy. The forum attracted professionals from diverse jurisdictions and examined emerging IP challenges in digital platforms, AI-generated content, virtual products, and online commerce.

Ron Tsi, Marketing Director at Chang Tsi & Partners, served as the moderator and keynote speaker, sharing insights on global trademark strategies for Chinese enterprises and emphasizing the need for proactive and adaptive IP planning. He was joined by Demi Wang, Head of Chang Tsi’s U.S. Office, and Mr. Ma Fu, President of CTA.

During the forum, CTA officially released its report on “Top 40 Foreign-Related Trademark Agencies in China,” recognizing Chang Tsi & Partners among the leading firms for international trademark services—affirming its reputation in global IP strategy and client service capabilities.

Multiple experts from Chang Tsi also participated in INTA’s signature Table Topics, leading and engaging in focused discussions on hot-button issues such as bad-faith filings, AI and trademark infringement, international enforcement cooperation, and branding in the metaverse.
