On February 2026, the “Riding Momentum, Fusing Horizons – 2025 LegalOne Yangtze River Delta Legal Awards Ceremony” was held in Suzhou. Dr. Leslie Xu has long focused on both the practice and research of intellectual property law. With extensive experience in trademarks, copyright, unfair competition, and complex commercial dispute resolution. He advised multinational corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and leading Chinese innovators on comprehensive IP protection and competitive business strategies. In 2024, Leslie selected for the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice’s Legal Talent Pool, received recognitions from ALB, WIPR, LexisNexis, and CLECSS, and serves as an expert for IP expert databases in the EU and other regions. He has also published multiple academic papers in leading journals such as Intellectual Property and Science, Technology and Law, demonstrating his deep engagement with both cutting-edge IP practice and theoretical development.
