On Nov 26 2025, Chang Tsi & Partners hosted the 2025 Intellectual Property Frontier Legal Forum in Shanghai, bringing together experts from legal practice, academia and international organizations to discuss emerging trends in IP protection and enforcement. The forum focused on key issues such as artificial intelligence and IP law, global trademark protection, legislative updates, and cross-border brand strategy, highlighting the growing importance of intellectual property in international business and innovation.
The annual Global IP Awards Ceremony was held by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) and World Trademark Review (WTR) on January 30th, 2020, and Chang Tsi & Partners was awarded “2020 China Trademark Firm of the Year”.
Recently, the list of “2018-2019 China Trademark Administrative Litigation Agency TOP10” has been jointly published by IPHOUSE, Zhichanli and IPRdaily. Due to its outstanding performance in the IP field and strong growth in business, Chang Tsi & Partners was included in the list. Under the objective and fair principle, the list is decided on the basis of the IPHOUSE database of nearly one million of written orders and judgments on IP cases after strict review and calculation of those enlisted agencies whose cases concerning trademark administrative litigation should be more than 100 in number, as well as consideration of the victory rate, classic cases and clients grading.

On September 27, 2019, the Government of Malaysia deposited its instrument of accession to the Madrid Protocol with WIPO’s Director General, making Malaysia the 106th member of the Madrid System, which now covers 122 countries. The Protocol will enter into force for Malaysia on December 27th, 2019.
On the eve of the European International Trademark Conference MARQUES, Simon Tsi, the managing partner of Chang Tsi & Partners, and founding partner Spring Chang, arrived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on September 5, 2019. A two-day visit and study was conducted with law firms in Argentina.
