• Represented Shenzhen Rayming, a listed company, as the defendant in a patent infringement dispute. Successfully invoked the 'implied license' defense, avoiding over 10 million RMB in damages.
• Represented Guoyuan Pharma as the defendant in a patent infringement dispute. Successfully claimed non-infringement in the first instance, avoiding over 20 million RMB in compensation. The case was recognized as a 'Top IP Case of 2022' by the Guangzhou IP Court.
• Represented Changsha Intelligent Driving Research Institute as the requester in invalidating a litigated invention patent related to core autonomous driving algorithms, successfully invalidating all claims of the patent.
